We identified a sixteen-unit complex that sat vacant and neglected for several years, holding no development appeal. The property matched our investment criteria. Accordingly, we acquired the property, changed the name to "The Vineyard Court," and started renovations.
Our Financing Model
We self-fund acquisitions and the early-stage remodel phase. Once past the first phase, we seek private capital partners to join us in carrying the project forward.

- Series 1: $275,000 at 14% coupon, 10 years, paid monthly, minimum investment $27,500.
- Series 2: $275,000 at 12% coupon, 10 years, paid monthly, minimum investment $27,500.
